Part I · Cape Town

How It Started

Marleen Evertsz sent founders she trusted a single message, “Are you in?”, and everyone said yes. In March 2026, eight founders and about twenty builders moved into a villa near Cape Town to build for a week.

Every Idea on the Table

In the first two days, 384 ideas were put in front of the whole room, and only the strongest survived.

All five were registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and each has gone its own way since.

The Documentary

The whole week was filmed, and more than 1,100 founders and entrepreneurs came to the premiere at De Kromhouthal in Amsterdam on 29 April 2026.

The Hosts

Lotte and Lisette lead the House. They have the personal conversation with every founder who asks for a seat, and they host each Part in person.

Before the House, Lisette co-founded Upstream Festival. She brings that experience of gathering entrepreneurs to every Part.
